At Caerphilly Dragons FC, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters. As one of Wales’ largest all‑girls football clubs, with over 250 players across 18 teams, we proudly follow the official Football Association of Wales (FAW) Code of Conduct to ensure the highest standards across every age group.
Our Code of Conduct reflects the values of teamwork, respect, and community spirit that define Caerphilly Dragons FC. It sets clear expectations for behaviour on and off the pitch, safeguarding young players, supporting fair play, and promoting equality in girls’ football throughout Caerphilly and South Wales.
By adhering to FAW policies, we ensure that every Dragons fixture, training session, and event is delivered in line with national standards, helping us build a positive and professional football culture for future generations.
